Introducing the Business & Supply Chain Management Diagnostic
Here at the Leeds City Region (LCR) Supply Chain Programme, our primary goal is to help SMEs in the region, that’s why we’re always looking to expand our services. Therefore, we are proud to present a NEW OFFERING, which is available to SMEs now, and It’s not one to be missed…
THE BUSINESS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DIAGNOSTIC, IS A TOOL UTILISED BY OUR ADVISORS TO INVESTIGATE BUSINESS AREAS AND QUICKLY IDENTIFY OBJECTIVE CRITERIA. THIS PROVIDES BUSINESS OWNERS A VISUAL INDICATION OF AREAS THAT NEED ATTENTION & IMPROVEMENT, HELPING THEM TO APPLY APPROPRIATE STANDARDS & ACHIEVE BEST PRACTICE ACROSS THE ORGANISATION, TO BUILD A MORE RESILIENT & INNOVATIVE MODEL.
The tool provides suggestions on how to address some of the recognised shortcomings, as well as indicating how to achieve the best practice of various business management activities. Most importantly, the diagnostic is just a simple and quick way of recognising how LCR Supply Chain Programme can contribute to SME success by addressing key challenges of an SME.
